A Taste of Peru with Guest Chef Otto Llamas March 11
Peruvian food is growing in popularity, and this is your chance to taste what makes it so special! This class is for people who love traditional flavors and want to learn how to prepare classic Peruvian dishes.
Guest Chef Otto Llamas will welcome you with a Pisco Sour, a classic cocktail that tastes earthy, sweet and tart all at the same time! As a starter, learn the secrets behind making the perfect Ceviche, Peru’s national dish, so you can easily recreate it at home. Then for the main dish, Otto will prepare Lomo Saltado a flavorful recipe of beef tenderloin slices sautéed with onions, tomatoes, aji paste and aromatic spices.
As a special treat, Otto will finish with Alfajores, a traditional cookie made of almonds, nuts and honey and filled with dulce de leche.
This intimate cooking class is the perfect way to spend an evening with friends while expanding your culinary repertoire with authentic Peruvian flavors!

The Plate on the second floor of the Milton Marketplace is hosting this event. Seating will be limited. Tickets will be available for online purchase only.
