Are you part of the ramen craze! We are, and lucky for us we have a pro in the house!
Guest chef, Nick Pelletier returns to lead one of our favorite classes on Asian flavors.
First, we’ll explore what goes into the all essential ramen broth. Then we’ll prepare some special fresh ramen noodles and a few simple components that make up a delicious bowl, including how the make the perfect jammy egg!
Next up is Nick’s twist on David Chang’s roasted brussels sprouts with fish sauce and lastly Suzanne will share her simple & fast go-to ginger fried rice garnished with young edible greens – locally sourced from Mao’s Microgreens. A foodie’s night to remember!

The Plate on the second floor of the Milton Marketplace is hosting this event. Seating will be limited. Tickets will be available for online purchase only.
Refund policy: Payments for classes and special events at The Plate are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. However, we are unable to refund fees and all payments are final.
