Pastry Chef Clare Garland returns for an evening of decadent baking and seasonal treats that can be easily duplicated at home!
Clare will share the secrets of her signature Sticky Toffee Pudding – not only a family favorite but a terrific melt-in-your-mouth gift for the holidays. If you haven’t tried it, it will change your life!
Next up is a Brown Butter Apple Crostata and a Boozy Chocolate Pecan Tart, each with a fabulously rich and distinctive flavor and will be made with a free form and prefaced tart pastry shell that can be used for everything. A class not to be missed!
