Gain some spring growing and kitchen inspiration with Suzanne and Farmer Judy from Twelve Moon Farm as they team up for “Spring Greens with Farmer Judy: Pesto, Sauces and Spreads.”

Young spring greens are a treat this time of year. They’re bold on flavor, intensely delicious and can easily be grown outside the kitchen door!

In this class you’ll learn how to make 3 easy and essential spring condiments: Pumpkin Seed & Basil Pesto, Citrus Salsa Verde Sauce and Charred Lemon and Scallion Feta Spread. Pull together a fresh spring meal of fish, pasta or veggies in a breeze.

As a special culinary memento, we’ll send you cooking with a miniature garden of fresh herbs potted by our friends at Brookwood Farm.

The Plate on the second floor of the Milton Marketplace is hosting this event. Seating will be limited. Tickets will be available for online purchase only.
