Join us for the last class of the season that will get you ready for backyard cookouts, beach picnics or just an easy summer evening meal. Our salsa verde is such a versatile recipe that it can be used as a dressing for pasta salads or a marinade for grilled meats or veggies. We’ll show you how to use it to make Grilled Shrimp with Salsa Verde. For those mayonnaise haters out there we’ll make a Warm New Potato Salad with Grainy Mustard. We’ll show you a creative way to prepare a salad ahead of time without losing any of the freshness or crunch with our Layered Grain Salad. Lastly we’ll be putting our own spin on Mexican Street Corn!
