Wine Dinner with Clay Fritz of Fritz Underground Winery March 18
On Wednesday, March 18, the Plate will host the Fruit Center Wine & Craft Beer Department for a wine dinner with Clay Fritz of Fritz Underground Winery. This will be Clay’s record breaking 7th dinner with the Fruit Center Team and we can’t wait to have him back!
Since its founding in the 1970’s, Fritz Winery has been ahead of its time with a dedication to sustainability and a commitment to the traditions of artisan, handcrafted winemaking. As second generation proprietor, Clay has continued this vision, working to make wines which are a true expression of their unique terroir, are appealing and easy to enjoy, and are produced in a way that sustains the land for the generations of the future.
As always, the Fruit Center’s own Wine Director and Culinary Institute of America-trained chef, Tim Paulus, will be taking over the Plate kitchen to prepare a delicious, multicourse meal to be enjoyed alongside the wines.

Because of this we kindly ask that registered participants do not cancel less than 48 hours in advance of the event. Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance of the event will result in the full event cost being charged.
