in 2018 we pledged to ditch our plastic straws for compostable ones. we’re happy to say our restaurants now purchase renewable & compostable straws from Eco-Products.

our new seasonal GINGER LEMON ICED TEA is brewed fresh and served daily at Central Ave. it is Caffeine FREE, it is very lightly sweetened and Ginger has proven health benefits.
both locations are brewing a Columbian coffee roasted to order especially for us by Speedwell Coffee in Plymouth, MA. It’s a medium roast with tastes of abundant chocolate, notes of toffee & sweet raisin with a smooth finish.
now serving a delicious new smoothie- try our NEW banana blast made with coconut milk, honey, peanut butter + bananas, order it with or without protein powder.

we love how our sandwiches ALSO make great salads but we’ve added a composed salad that will change with the season.
now featuring our BLT Grilled Chicken Salad made with grilled chicken, baby gem lettuce, cobb smoked bacon, roasted plum tomatoes, creamy house made feta, yogurt dressing + a sprinkle of everything bagel spice blend.
our saturday mezze bar has gone Italian featuring our (amazingly authentic) Sicilian Pizza. baked in a square pan with a light, crunchy, soft thick crust.
our new seasonal sandwich has grilled marinated thai chicken breast, chili mayo, fresh basil, mint, cilantro, lightly pickled carrots and cucumbers on a ciabatta roll.
our new seasonal egg sandwich has grilled marinated zucchini with roasted plum tomato, romesco-pepita sauce and salsa verde.
for breakfast our made to order organic steel-cut oatmeal with dried cranberries & toasted almonds is a great way to start the day.
our daily side salad has changed to a QUINOA SALAD with Baby Kale, Carrots and a MISO DRESSING.
our amazing all natural handmade english muffins are still the star of our classic egg sandwich – perfectly griddled and forked by hand in our kitchen just waiting to hold your favorite egg sandwich.

our 3-layer southern coconut cake continues to wow made more traditional with a lighter, softer icing.
